Can I merge PDFs without uploading them?

Yes. Choose two or more files, order and rotate them, and merge in your browser. Supported bookmarks, accessibility tags and internal links are mapped into the combined PDF. Unsupported structures are identified before a download is offered.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. Document processing happens in your browser. Files, passwords, signatures, and editing history are not uploaded or stored by Paperlight. The public site uses Vercel Web Analytics for page-view statistics.

What limits should I know about?

Bookmarks, tags, internal links, form fields, layers and embedded files are retained for supported documents. Encrypted files need their password. Editing a PDF may invalidate existing certificate signatures. Jobs accept up to 100 MB of combined input and 500 pages, subject to additional image and memory limits.
